YOUR ROLE
• Lead and coordinate full scope of supply chain activities: demand and supply planning, warehousing and operations, customs and transportation, customer service
• Lead and develop supply chain and customer service team
• Actively participate in business planning in close cooperation with sales and marketing teams
• Manage and constantly improve S&OP process to ensure achievement of supply chain KPIs (service level, inventory, logistics costs destruction costs, forecast accuracy)
• Drive collaboration and ensure a successful partnership with key customers
• Steer supply chain budgets and achieve costs optimization via processes improvement and efficiency gains
• Ensure efficient business connection with finance and IT department

YOUR SKILLS
• University degree in a related field
• 5+ years of relevant work experience with key focus on demand planning and S&OP process, customer service or logistics, ideally FMCG.
• Experience in people management
• Very good knowledge of Excel; SAP is an advantage
• Business fluent in English & German
• Experience in business or sales controlling is a plus
• Strong team management & leadership skills, persuasive communication
• Team player who can effectively collaborate within cross-functional and cross-regional teams
• Strong analytical skills, attention to details, ability to set right priorities & drive improvements
